Serious Questions for Pro-Palestinian Protesters

This whole situation is so sad and disheartening and scary for everybody. But it is also really confusing. So I compiled a bunch of questions and I would love it if any of you Pro-Palestine protesters could please answer the following for me and the rest of the world… so we can better try to understand your position.

1. Have you ever been to Israel? Have you ever been to the West Bank? Have you ever been to Gaza?
2. If you are protesting for Palestinian Self-Determination, do you believe Hamas gives residents of Gaza self determination?
3. I’m truly confused — what does “From the River to the Sea” really mean? And what is supposed to happen to the area between the River and the Sea?
4. I understand your anger when various news outlets falsely claimed that Israel hit the Ahli Arab Hospital, but what did you do when you found out that Israel, in fact, did not hit the hospital?
5. Did you also protest when you found out that Syria has been systematically killing Palestinians since 2011?
6. Have you ever protested against the ethnic cleansing that has been going on since 2014 against Muslim Uyghurs in China?
7. If not, why not?
8. How does murder, rape, abduction and beheading civilians bring the region closer to Peace, or bring Palestinians closer to self-determination?
9. Do you think the killing of Gazan civilians would end if Hamas frees the hostages they are holding (including children and the elderly)?
10. If yes, what have you done to pressure Hamas to free the hostages?
11. If not, why not?
12. The people of Gaza receive billions in aid from so many sources every year. How come they are so poor while the leaders of Hamas are so crazy rich? Where does the aid money go?
13. How does tearing down posters of kidnapped Jewish children advance the Palestinian cause?
14. Why do you think all the Arab countries in the neighborhood have specifically stated they will not take in Palestinian refugees?
15. When Israel told all the civilians of Gaza to evacuate within 24 hours to the south, how did you feel when you found out Hamas prevented them from leaving?
16. What do you think happens to Palestinian civilians if they want to come out at LGBTQ, or speak out against Hamas?
17. Do you condemn Hamas for their brutal murder, abduction, rape, and crimes against humanity?
18. If you don’t condemn Hamas, does that mean you condone Hamas and their actions?
19. Have you ever read the Charter of Hamas, PIJ, Hizballah or any of these types of organizations?
20. Are you concerned that you may be inciting additional violence, either against Jews or backlash against Muslims?
21. And lastly: If you claim you are “Anti-Zionist” or “Anti-Israel”, then why are you chanting “Gas the Jews” or “Kill the Jews”?

Really, I am trying to understand the motivations here, because objectively the protests don’t look like they are really about Israel at all, and not really even about Palestinians.
